HR Data Labs LLC built the County Compensation Survey to empower county governments with precise pay data analysis — promoting transparency, and supporting informed compensation strategies tailored for the public sector.
County governments have always faced a unique challenge: they need to compete for talent against the private sector and other government entities, but they face budget constraints, public accountability requirements, and regulatory obligations that private companies don't. Generic salary surveys weren't built for this reality.
We built County Comp Survey to change that — providing the county-specific, peer-comparable data that public HR professionals need to make confident, defensible pay decisions.
